Fred brings decades of competition experience to the promoter's chair. Having stood on the biggest stages in bodybuilding himself, he knows what it takes to run a show that athletes actually want to compete in.

Prejudging: Symmetry round (quarter turns), Muscularity round (mandatory poses: front double biceps, front lat spread, side chest, side triceps, rear double biceps, rear lat spread, abdominals & thighs, most muscular)

Finals: Individual posing routine to music (60 sec max), posedown for top finalists

CLASSIC PHYSIQUE

Prejudging: Quarter turns, mandatory poses (front double biceps, side chest, back double biceps, abdominals & thighs, favorite classic pose)

Finals: Individual posing routine to music (60 sec max)

Prejudging: Front pose, back pose — board shorts required, no shoes

Is this an NPC National Qualifier?

Yes! The Philly Iron Classic is an official NPC National Qualifier. Win your class and earn your spot to compete at the national level.

How do I register?

What are the entry fees?

Entry is $125 per class. Online registration closes Thursday afternoon before the show. You can still enter day-of, but there's a $10 late fee per class entered.

Are there hotel accommodations?

Yes! Our official host hotel is The Alloy Hotel by Hilton, located at 301 W Dekalb Pike, King Of Prussia, PA 19406. Discounted group rates are available for athletes and guests — check the Hotel section above for booking details.

What do I need to bring?

Your NPC card, posing suit, tanning supplies, and your best physique. A detailed day-of checklist will be sent to all registered athletes.
